Application must be received no later than Friday, June 7, 2024. Yes, seriously. We will contact accepted vendors after the deadline to coordinate payment and provide more info.

Booth Size: 10’x10’

Booths must be secured with water jugs or sandbags. No stakes can/shall be placed in the ground. Hours of Operation: Sunday, June 30th, 2024 from 11:00a.m. until 4:00p.m. Vendors are asked to stay open during Pride in the Park, rain or shine. Average temp on June 30th is 76 degrees.

Loading/Unloading

Non-food vendor set-up will take place in parking west of the Beaverton Main Library (at the Beaverton Farmers Market Location) from 7:00am to 10:00am. Food vendor set-up will take place on Hall Blvd. (which will be closed to thru traffic). Booth locations will be pre-assigned and emails will be sent out one week in advance with assignments. Once unloaded please quickly move your vehicle to a regular parking area. A Pride Beaverton partner will be on hand to give direction, advice and make decisions. PLEASE, drive carefully and be kind.

Booth Location and Storage

Booths will be pre-assigned. If you have a special request, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to honor booth requests, but we cannot guarantee specific space locations. All items and garbage must be stored inside your booth and leave with you.

Important Stuff

➔ All non-food vendors cannot sell or give away any food or beverage product of any type (excluding water, which may be given away until further notice). This especially includes sampling.

➔ Vendors cannot sell or sample any product that could be used to harm others (like knives, mace, explosives, etc.). If you show up with anything that fits this description, you will be asked to pack up your booth and a refund will not be available to you.

➔ Be nice. Please. To each other, to our guests and to us. This is heart and soul, everyone is doing their very best.

➔ In the event of protesters or other disruptive action, Pride Beaverton promises to quickly attend to the problem. Your happiness and safety are our greatest concern, no one will be allowed to rain on our parade (literally and figuratively) and no one is allowed to scare or intimidate our friends and guests.

➔ All vendors are required to stay for the entire event.

➔ Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.

➔ We reserve the right to censor any booth.

What to Bring

Please bring your own tables, chairs, 10 x 10 canopy. (Be prepared for all weather conditions, especially wind – we have had a vendor canopy blow over and destroyed; you must weight your canopy down). Also, sunscreen, hats & water for your team (it’s a usually a HOT day with plenty of sunburns to show for it.)

Cooking

Food vendors who will be cooking food on site are required to have a Fire Department Annual Permit and a Food Handler's permit available from Washington County. These are your responsibility and must be on hand for inspection. Electricity is not provided.
